江泽民同志最近指出,必须下决心进行行政管理体制和机构改革,切实做到转变职能、理顺关系、精兵简政、提高效率。这既是政治体制改革的紧迫任务,也是深化经济体制改革的必要条件。各级党委和政府必须统一认识,通过试点,不断积累经验,有领导、有秩序地推进这项改革工作。本刊这期发表的《企业呼唤政府新体制》一文,是作者在华东地区几省市对企业和企业管理部门进行深入调查研究后写成的,颇有见地,值得关心这个问题的同志认真一读。
