近日,“第十一届中国高清发展论坛”成功举行。全国各级电视台代表、广电行业的专家学者、专业影视制作机构代表出席了会议,就中国高清市场现状与前景、高清产品与解决方案、高清全流程网络化、3D节目制作、4K摄制和播放等多个主题进行了交流。本期刊登了国家广电总局科技委副主任杜百川先生题为《三网融合环境下的高清发展》的演讲,总结对比了国内外高清发展状况,介绍了广电总局科技发展“十二五”规划中关于高清发展的主题、基本原则与发展目标。另外,还刊登了介绍中央电视台大型文献纪录片《旗帜》的制作经验以及3D转播车设计方案分析的文章。
Recently, the Eleventh China HD Development Forum was successfully held. In this issue, Mr. Du Baichuan, deputy director of Science and Technology Commission of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, delivered a speech titled “High-definition Development under the Condition of Triple Play”, summarized the development of HD at home and abroad, introduced the scientific and technological development of SARFT Planning on the theme of HD development, basic principles and development goals. In addition, it also published articles introducing the production experience of “Banner”, a large-scale documentary documentary of CCTV, and the analysis of the design of the 3D OB van.
