针对整形美容专科门诊病案多年来存在的工作流程混乱、规章制度不健全、病案管理处于无政府状态、严重影响病案信息的及时统计和有效利用;不但增加病案管理人员的工作量,而且工作起来非常被动等问题。采取一系列规范化管理措施,探索其规范化管理的途径和方法,使门诊病案管理工作走上制度化、规范化、标准化的运行轨道。创新应用Excel软件系统建立了数据库对门诊病案进行全方位的管理,实现计算机检索和数据统计,提高服务效率和对病案的控制水平,更好地为医、教、研服务。
