目的研究了通关藤Marsdenia tenacissima的化学成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱分离提纯,经理化常数测定,结合MS、IR、UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等现代波谱学技术确定了其结构。结果从通关藤水提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为美国商陆脑苷(poke-weed cerebroside,Ⅰ)、β-D-黄夹吡喃糖苷-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖甲苷(Ⅱ)、11α、12β-丙酮缩二羟基-通关藤苷元B(Ⅲ)、牛奶菜醇A(Ⅳ)、1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)-2-{2-甲氧基-4-[1-(E)-丙烯-3-醇]-苯氧基}-丙烷-1,3-二醇(赤式)(Ⅴ)、半乳糖醇(Ⅵ)、东莨菪素(Ⅶ)、直立牛奶菜双糖(marsectobiose,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)、丁二酸(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅴ是首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅱ、Ⅵ~Ⅷ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Marsdenia tenacissima. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were determined by physicochemical constants and modern spectroscopic techniques such as MS, IR, UV, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of Pueraria lobata and identified as poke-weed cerebroside (Ⅰ), β-D-xanthopyranoside- (1 → 4) -β-D - Magnetopyranoside (Ⅱ), 11α, 12β-Acetylthioguanosine B (Ⅲ), Aminoglycoside A (Ⅳ), 1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy (E) -propen-3-ol] -phenoxy} -propane-1,3-diol (erythro) , Galactitol (Ⅵ), scopolamine (Ⅶ), marsectobiose (Ⅷ), daucoster (Ⅸ) and succinate (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅴ were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅵ ~ Ⅷ and Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
