可理解性输入理论中探讨了语言学习究竟是如何产生的以及用何种方式(课堂内与课堂外)接触语言才能最有效地促进语言学习者的问题。这一理论自提出后已被广泛地运用到国内外语言教学中。然而,中国大学生的英语水平,尤其是口语表达能力,还仍然很低。这就要求我们在具体的英语教学中,应根据学生的具体学习情况进行有效的教学。
The intelligibility theory of input discusses the question of exactly how linguistic learning is generated and the manner in which language is used (both in-class and out-of-class) to promote language learners most effectively. Since its introduction, this theory has been widely applied to the teaching of language at home and abroad. However, Chinese college students’ English proficiency, especially their speaking ability, is still low. This requires that we in the specific English teaching should be based on the specific learning of students for effective teaching.
