歌唱技能的形成是一个逐渐发展的过程,具有阶段性的心理特征。由于各阶段有不同的心理特征,教学中应有不同的任务和要求。在歌唱技能形成过程中,表现出相互联系而又各具特点的三个发展阶段: 第一阶段。学生最初掌握歌唱呼吸、发声动作时,神经过程处在泛化阶段,内抑制过程尚未精确建立。由于神经过程广泛扩散的原因,往往引起不应该参加发声活动的肌肉群也参加了活动,从而产生歌唱多余动作和神经肌肉的过份紧张,完成呼吸、发声、读字等动作在空间上和时间上都不准确。所以这一阶段的主要表现是紧张,呼吸发声等动作呆板、不协
