当前,反恐维稳形势严峻复杂,武警部队担负常态化武装巡逻勤务范围广、数量大,特别是警械与武器使用问题社会关注度高、敏感性强。如何正确使用警械和武器,及时有效制止违法犯罪行为,维护官兵自身安全,展示武警部队威武文明之师良好形象,是各级指挥员必须解决的一个重要课题,为保障部队依法遂行任务,本文对武警部队执勤中使用警械和武器涉及的相关法律问题进行梳理归纳,供部队结合有关执勤规定和现场实际情况参考借鉴。
