随着知识化、信息化、经济全球化以及未来形势的要求,企业要大力提高自己的市场竞争力。当前社会经济环境下,人作为企业的重要组成个体,对企业的发展有着不可忽视的作用。现阶段就如何管理“人”激发人的能动性,提高人的工作效率成为人力资源管理研究的新方向,其中“激励理论”的提出极大的改变了当前人力资源的管理模式。激励是领导的重要职能,也是组织行为学中的核心问题。激励可以激发人的潜能,使其充分发挥积极性和创造性,为企业带来新的生机活力,提高企业在日益激烈市场经济中的综合竞争力。
With the knowledge-based, information technology, economic globalization and the requirements of the future situation, enterprises should vigorously improve their market competitiveness. Incentive is an important function of the leadership, but also the core issue in organizational behavior. Incentives can stimulate people’s potential, give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity, bring new vitality to enterprises, and enhance their overall competitiveness in an increasingly fierce market economy.
