在温室条件下,应用反复干旱法,连续干旱法和“电导”法,对10个优良牧草品(草)种进行了抗旱性与耐热性鉴定。试验结果表明:用3种方法测定的结果基木一致。以伊犁蒿、驼绒藜抗旱耐热性最强。4种禾草中以老芒麦、无芒雀麦抗旱耐热性较强,苇状羊茅居中,布顿大麦最弱。4个苜蓿品种中以阿勒泰杂花苜蓿、新牧1号杂花苜蓿抗旱耐热性最强,贝维尔杂花苜蓿次之,北疆苜蓿表现最弱。结论表明,今后对牧草抗旱耐热性鉴定可采取本文使用的两种以上方法对照测定。
Under greenhouse conditions, the drought resistance and heat tolerance of 10 excellent forages (grass) species were evaluated by repeated drought method, continuous drought method and “conductance” method. The test results show that the results of the three methods are consistent. To Yi Hao Artemisia, Ceratoides strongest drought resistance and heat resistance. Among the four species of grass, Eupatorium mongolicum and Bromus inermis are stronger in drought resistance and heat tolerance, while the fescue fescue is the middle one and the Burton barley is the weakest. Four alfalfa cultivars were Altay alfalfa, Xinmu No.1 alfalfa had the strongest drought resistance and heat resistance, Beverly hybrid alfalfa followed by northern alfalfa. The conclusion shows that in the future, the forage drought resistance and thermotolerance identification can be measured by two or more methods used in this paper.
