从我国经济体制改革的历史进程看,国企改制与证券市场相运而生,证券市场的发展推动了国有企业改革的深化,我国证券市场在国有企业资源配置、筹集资金等方面有较为深远的影响,但由于我国证券市场发展的不完善,国有企业在股份制改造过程中还存在着较为突出的问题。本文从国有企业改制的定义入手,分析了我国证券市场在企业改制中的重要意义并针对其不足提出了相应的解决措施。
Judging from the historical process of China’s economic restructuring, the reform of state-owned enterprises and the securities market came into being, the development of the securities market promoted the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Our stock market has far-reaching influence on the allocation of resources and fund-raising of state-owned enterprises However, due to the imperfect development of the securities market in our country, there are still some outstanding problems in the process of shareholding system reform. This article starts with the definition of state-owned enterprise restructuring, analyzes the significance of our country’s securities market in enterprise restructuring and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
