为解决矿山充填开采原材料不足的问题,以废弃混凝土细骨料替代细矸石制备充填膏体,分别测定了其坍落度与扩展度、流变性能、泌水率及立方体抗压强度。试验表明:随着废弃混凝土细骨料替代率的增加,充填膏体的坍落度变化不大,扩展度、屈服应力及塑性粘度大体上呈上升趋势,而其泌水率逐渐减小,当细骨料替代率为50%时,充填膏体的抗压强度达到该龄期的最大值。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient raw material for mining filling, the filling paste was prepared by replacing the fine waste with the fine aggregate of waste concrete, and the slump, expansion, rheological property, bleeding rate and cubical compressive strength were measured respectively. The experimental results show that with the increase of the replacement rate of waste concrete, the slump of filled paste has little change, and the expansion, yield stress and plastic viscosity increase generally, while the bleeding rate gradually decreases. When the fine aggregate replacement rate is 50%, the compressive strength of the filling paste reaches the maximum of this age.
