依据对种子包衣的农艺要求,设计了一种新型种子包衣装置。该装置主要由种子定量供应部分、药剂计量供给部分、种子与药剂混合部分、种子与药剂搅拌输送部分、混合室回转清理部分及提升机送种部分等组成,可一次完成供种、供液、药种混合和搅拌输送等作业。设计的叶轮定量供给装置,避免了因外槽轮槽口深度较小而对大粒种子排量精度影响的问题,保证了料种及时、精确的供给。设计了交错式3段螺旋搅龙输送机构,不但可以保证输送能力,而且可以更好地保护种子。利用离心运动及平抛运动规律设计的阶梯状锥形甩盘,实现了种子在空间上的均匀散开,使种、药混合更加均匀。此外,还设计了与包衣装置相匹配的料种提升装置。
Based on the agronomic requirements for seed coating, a novel seed coating device was designed. The use of centrifugal motion and flat throwing motion design of the ladder-shaped tapered disc thrush, the seeds in a uniform spread of space to make species, medicine mix more evenly. In addition, a material lifting device is also designed to match the coating device.
