目的观察爱母型功能性宫内节育器(MCU IUD)放置后的临床效果。方法对260例年龄在22~35岁和月经正常者以MCU IUD作为惟一的避孕方法,并随访追踪1、3、6、12个月观察其避孕效果、不良反应及脱落率。结果积累妊娠率为1.54%,积累脱落率为1.15%,铜离子过敏取器率0.77%,因症取出率1.92%,累积安全使用率为94.62%。结论爱母型功能性宫内节育器避孕效果好,不良反应少,适用于广大育龄妇女,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of loving type IUD (MCU IUD) after placement. Methods 260 IUDs aged 22-35 years and normal menstruation were treated with MCU IUD as the only method of contraception. The contraception, adverse reactions and exfoliation rates were observed at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after follow-up. Results The cumulative pregnancy rate was 1.54%, the cumulative shedding rate was 1.15%, the copper ion sensitivity was 0.77%, the removal rate was 1.92%, and the cumulative safety utilization rate was 94.62%. Conclusion Love-mother IUD has good contraceptive effect and few adverse reactions. It is suitable for the majority of women of childbearing age and is worthy of clinical application.
