一.目的和意义国务院《关于促进服务外包产业加快发展的意见》(国发[2014]67号)明确指出,为促进我国服务外包产业加快发展,推动“中国服务”再上台阶、走向世界,到2020年要实现服务外包产业国际国内市场协调发展,规模显著扩大,结构显著优化,企业国际竞争力显著提高,成为我国参与全球产业分工、提升产业价值链的重要途径。为了贯彻落实党中央、国务院精神,在2016全球服务外包大会上突出中国服务外包城市元素,展现中国服务
I. Purpose and Significance The State Council’s “Opinions on Promoting the Development of Service Outsourcing Industry” (Guo Fa [2014] No. 67) clearly stated that in order to promote the accelerated development of China’s service outsourcing industry, “China Service” is promoted to step up and move forward. The world, by 2020, will achieve the coordinated development of the international and domestic markets of the service outsourcing industry. The scale will be significantly expanded, the structure will be significantly optimized, and the international competitiveness of enterprises will be significantly improved. This will become an important way for China to participate in the global industrial division of labor and enhance the industrial value chain. In order to implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, highlight the elements of China’s service outsourcing city at the 2016 Global Service Outsourcing Conference and demonstrate its services in China.
