本文采用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)作模板并以明胶作稳定剂,在空气-水的界面上组装TiO2薄膜。结果表明,采用明胶稳定的薄膜具有良好的机械强度。采用X射线角度扫描技术(AD)原位检测薄膜的结构,并用X射线宽角衍射(WAXS)和小角衍射(SAXS)技术对经后续处理的TiO2薄膜结构进行了表征。研究发现,明胶的加入可显著降低薄膜中TiO2颗粒细度;经洗涤后,此复合薄膜材料可转换成纯层状的TiO2薄膜。分析了明胶稳定TiO2颗粒的机理,预测了相关自组装的动力学模型。
In this paper, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was used as a template and gelatin was used as a stabilizer to assemble TiO2 film on air-water interface. The results show that gelatin-stabilized films have good mechanical strength. The structure of the films was detected by X-ray angle scanning (AD) in situ. The structure of TiO2 films was characterized by X-ray wide angle diffraction (WAXS) and small angle diffraction (SAXS) techniques. It was found that the addition of gelatin can significantly reduce the fineness of TiO2 particles in the film; after washing, the composite film material can be converted into a pure layer of TiO2 film. The mechanism of gelatin stabilization of TiO2 particles was analyzed and the kinetic model of self-assembly was predicted.
