本文介绍了工业厂房屋盖桁架的一种新型结构方案——桿件拼装式桁架。桁架各桿件全部在 预应力长线台座上成批生产,因桿件断面小,运输方便,运输中不会出裂缝,运往工地焊接拼装后 就能架设,大大缩短了工地的生产时间,工地也不必具备预应力张拉设备、压力灌浆设备、锚具 加工等,就能应用预应力结构,因此这种结构特别适合于工业化施工。 桁架的经济指标比较突出。由于全部桿件采用预应力先张构件,省却绝大部分钢箍和构造 筋,省却锚固设备和局部承压钢筋。承受压弯的上弦采用交截面后大大改善了受力条件,因之, 比一般后张法预应力混凝土结构省钢30-40%,重量轻10%。
This paper introduces a new type of structural truss roof truss - the truss assembly. All the truss members are mass-produced on the prestressed long-line pedestal. Because of the small cross-section and convenient transportation, there will be no cracks during transportation. After being transported to the site for welding and assembling, the truss can be erected, which greatly shortens the production time of the site. Prestressed structures are not required to have prestressed tensioning equipment, pressure grouting equipment, anchoring, etc. Therefore, this structure is particularly suitable for industrial construction.
