我单位自1986年以来,党员调出、辞职共112名。在这些党员中,有些是经过组织批准后流动的,有些是未经组织批准擅自流动的。其中,有的不辞而别,有的虽然提出了申请,但还未批准就离开了。因此,如何在人才流动中严格组织管理、加强党员教育是需要党组织认真研究解决的。我们的主要作法是:
My unit since 1986, party members transferred out, resigned a total of 112. Some of these party members have been liquidated after the approval of the organization, while others have been allowed to flow without the approval of the organization.
