目的识别、分析某公司石化仓储项目职业病危害,并进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法依据《职业病危害评价通则》等法律法规,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法进行评价。结果该项目生产工艺布局、职业病防护措施等符合相关要求;生产过程产生的化学毒物和噪声等职业病危害因素,化学因素检测结果均低于职业接触限值;噪声强度检测结果最大值为74.8 d B(A),夏季高温(WBGT指数)检测结果为最大为30.5℃,职业健康检查未发现疑似职业病和职业禁忌证。结论该项目属职业病危害较重项目,职业病危害控制效果较好。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a petrochemical storage project in a company and evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards. Methods According to the “General Principles of Occupational Disease Hazard Evaluation” and other laws and regulations, occupational health surveys, occupational health tests, occupational health examinations, checklist analysis and other methods were used for evaluation. Results The layout of the production process and protective measures against occupational diseases met the relevant requirements. The occupational hazards caused by chemical toxins and noise generated during the production process were all lower than the occupational exposure limits. The maximum value of noise intensity was 74.8 d B (A), the summer high temperature (WBGT index) test results up to 30.5 ℃, occupational health examination found no suspected occupational diseases and occupational contraindications. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project, occupational disease hazard control effect is better.
