2007年9月24日,国务院副总理曾培炎在发给2007中国互联网大会的贺信上写到:近年来,中国互联网进入快速发展的新阶段,作为重要的信息基础设施,互联网已经渗透到经济社会的各个领域,成为现代社会生产和生活的新工具和新内容,在促进生产力发展和社会进步、提高人们生活质量等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。互联网作为一种新技术,短短十多年的发展给中国带来了巨大变化。在这一过程中,中国互联网的开创者和基础运行机构克服各种困难,勇于探索,做了大量的基础工作,所求的是社会的最大福祉。历史是一面镜子,从互联网基础生态的构建到互联网应用的百花齐放,从中我们可以清楚看出互联网产业链从基础资源到应用存在某种增速传导规律。2007中国互联网大会,是新一代互联网精英寻找和发现的蓝海的互联网盛会。2007中国互联网大会告诉我们,互联网的发展总是超出人的预料,我们不会单纯地去预测未来,我们要亲自用双手去创造美好的未来。

As an important information infrastructure, the Internet has penetrated into the economic and social In all fields, it has become a new tool and a new element in the production and daily life of the modern society. It plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of productive forces and social progress and in improving people’s quality of life. The Internet, as a new technology, has brought tremendous changes to China in just a decade’s development. In this process, the pioneers and basic operating agencies of the Internet in China overcome various difficulties, have the courage to explore and have done a great deal of basic work, seeking the greatest welfare of the community. History is a mirror. From the founding of the Internet based on ecology to the flourishing application of the Internet, we can clearly see that the Internet industry chain has some kind of law of increasing transmission from basic resources to applications. 2007 China Internet Conference, is a new generation of Internet elite to find and discover the blue ocean Internet event. The 2007 China Internet Conference told us that the development of the Internet is always beyond human expectation. We will not simply predict the future. We should personally use both hands to create a bright future.
