高职院校的学生在进入高职学校时期,在心理和生理方面已经具备一定的自我中心,而班主任对学生的生活和学习情况需要进行管理,引导学生的行为,纠正各种错误。特别是网络时代的发展,学生受到网络环境的影响,心理活动更加复杂多变,班主任在这样的情况下更加需要对学生的生理和心理情况进行关注,培养学生科学的价值观和良好的道德品质。本文主要针对当前高职院校班主任工作难点及其对策进行分析。
Students in higher vocational colleges have some psychological and physical self-centeredness when they enter higher vocational schools. However, the class teacher needs to manage the students’ living and learning situations, guide their behavior and correct various mistakes. Especially in the development of the Internet era, students are influenced by the network environment and their mental activities are more complicated and changeable. The teacher in charge of class should pay more attention to the students ’physiological and psychological conditions under such circumstances and cultivate students’ scientific values and good moral qualities. This article mainly analyzes the difficulty and countermeasure of class teacher in current vocational colleges.
