刚与柔,从心理学角度讲,它是个人性格的两种不同成分的表现形式。从领导艺术的角度讲,它又是一种工作方法。作为一名厂长(经理),必须具备刚与柔的心理素质,必须娴熟地运用刚柔相济的领导艺术。
Just and soft, from a psychological point of view, it is the manifestation of two different components of personal character. From a leadership point of view, it is another way of working. As a director (manager), must have just and soft psychological quality, must skillfully use rigid and soft leadership art.
