国家的教育改革不仅仅局限于文化教育,也涵盖了职业教育。高职教育是顺应社会需要和时代发展而出现的一种教育学校。高职学校与其他学校不同的是,高职学校主要培养实用型人才,这些人才因为有相关的实用技能,所以在社会中,也能很轻易地找到对口工作。因此,在高职教育的教学中,班主任应该着重培养学生的职业素养。
National education reform is not limited to cultural education but also covers vocational education. Higher vocational education is a kind of educational school which accords with the needs of the society and the development of the times. Vocational schools and other schools is different, vocational schools mainly develop practical talents, these people because of the relevant practical skills, so in the community, but also can easily find the counterpart work. Therefore, in the teaching of higher vocational education, the class teacher should focus on cultivating students’ professional accomplishments.
