天津市农村社队企业发展较快,到1981年底已发展到4,300多个,从业人员30万。由于管理人员和从业人员缺乏防火常识,火灾事故不断发生,使集体经济受到危害。为了加强社队企业的防火工作,天津市社队企业管理局于去年12月,用6天时间举办了防火训练班,近200名社队企业管理人员参加了学习。天津市公安局消防处派人到训练班讲授了“物质分类及其火灾危险性”、“物质燃烧及其性质”、“建筑防火基础知识”和“防火规章制度”等课程。这次学习,时间虽短,但收效很大。大家一致认为,
