借助Dynaform软件建立了发动机隔热罩冲压成形仿真模型。为了解决隔热罩的过度减薄和起皱等问题,使用正交设计进行了工艺参数优化。在优化过程中,工艺参数为优化变量,最大减薄率和起皱率为评价指标。通过最大减薄率、起皱率构建目标函数。结果表明,采用最大减薄率和起皱率的组合构建加权目标函数可获得隔热罩较优的工艺参数,提高发动机隔热罩的成形质量。
The simulation model of engine heat shield stamping was established with Dynaform software. In order to solve the problem of excessive thinning and wrinkling of the heat shield, the process parameters were optimized by orthogonal design. In the optimization process, process parameters for the optimization variables, the maximum reduction rate and crease rate for the evaluation index. The maximum reduction rate, crepe rate build objective function. The results show that the optimal process parameters of the heat shield can be obtained by using the combination of the maximum thinning rate and the wrinkling rate to improve the forming quality of the heat shield.
