知识与能力的关系及考试目标的内在结构均是设计考试需要解决的基本问题。英国数学天才儿童考试解决这两个问题所进行的尝试,对我国设计教学质量监控性考试具有积极地借鉴意义。建立我国国家教学质量监控体系要处理好知识与能力的关系、注意在考试方式中适当运用现代信息技术提高考试的有效性、发挥高校学术力量对高水平学科能力测试与评估的支撑作用、建立学科能力测试机构与招生机构打通的机制及国家学科学能测试机构。
The relationship between knowledge and ability and the internal structure of the test objectives are the basic issues that need to be solved in designing examinations. Attempts to solve these two problems by the British Mathematical Genius Talent Examination have positive reference for the design of the monitoring test of teaching quality in our country. The establishment of the national teaching quality monitoring system in our country should handle well the relationship between knowledge and ability. Attention should be paid to the proper use of modern information technology in examinations to improve the validity of exams, to exert the supportive role of academic forces in the testing and evaluation of high-level disciplines, and to establish disciplines Ability testing agencies and institutions to open up the admissions mechanism and the national science test agencies.
