[编者按]2007年1月29日《中共中央国务院关于积极发展现代农业,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》全文公布,这是2004年以来连续第4份指导“三农”工作的中央1号文件。时值省政协九届五次会议召开期间,委员们最集中的话题就是新农村建设,大会收到的60多份发言材料中涉及“三农”的就有27份。民主党派对新农村建设关注最多。本刊特选发一组民主党派建言新农村建设的稿件,以飨读者。
[Editor’s note] The full text of the “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Actively Developing Modern Agriculture and Building a New Socialist Countryside” promulgated on January 29, 2007 is the fourth consecutive guide to “three rural” work since 2004 Central 1 file. During the fifth plenary session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee, members were most concerned about the construction of a new socialist countryside. Among the more than 60 speeches received by the General Assembly, 27 were related to “agriculture, countryside and farmers”. Democratic parties pay the most attention to the construction of new countryside. Articles selected a set of democratic parties to send a contribution to the construction of new rural construction manuscript to readers.
