低压锅炉水处理设备(以下简称设备)安装的好坏,直接影响设备的合理经济运行。目前,由于某些单位安装缺乏水质处理专门技术人员,又无设备安装规范。因此,大多数安装单位,只是将设备就位,压力表等附件按图装上,接通管道,填充交换剂,就交付使用,至于这些设备的出水量、煤耗、水耗是否达到设计要求,不得而知。因此,很难充分发挥其经济效益,设备在安装中,存在较为普遍的问题有:
