1995年7月～1999年9月,我院应用依安欣治疗消化性溃疡70例,临床疗效理想,现总结如下。 1 临床资料 152例住院病人,经胃镜证实为活动性溃疡,随机分为依安欣治疗组和甲氰咪胍对照组。治疗组70例,男43例,女27例,年龄17～65岁,平均年龄41岁,病程3～7年,其中胃溃疡21例,十二指肠球部溃疡18例,复合溃疡31例;对照组82例,男49例,女33例,年龄21～64岁,平均年龄39岁,病程3
