目的 :研究子宫特殊类型平滑肌瘤的临床及病理特征。方法 :分析了 3 1例子宫特殊类型平滑肌瘤的临床及病理特征 ,并收集临床资料 2 5例进行随访。结果 :本组主要临床症状包括月经改变、盆腔包块、阴道不规则出血、痛经等。大体标本特点与普通子宫肌瘤相似。病理组织学检查为良性肿瘤 ,术后随访 2 5例 ,均存活。结论 :子宫特殊平滑肌瘤属良性肿瘤 ,手术治疗可取得较好疗效。
Objective: To study the clinical and pathological features of special types of leiomyomas in the uterus. Methods: The clinical and pathological features of 31 cases of leiomyoma of the uterus were analyzed, and 25 cases of clinical data were collected for follow-up. Results: The main clinical symptoms include menstrual changes, pelvic mass, irregular vaginal bleeding, dysmenorrhea and so on. The general characteristics of specimens and uterine fibroids similar. Histopathological examination of benign tumors, 25 cases were followed up, all survived. Conclusion: Uterine special leiomyoma is a benign tumor, surgical treatment can achieve better efficacy.
