研究了合金成分对采用CSP轧制工艺制度生产的热轧酸洗深冲板SPHD力学性能的影响。结果表明:SPHD板的合金成分对其力学性能有约10 MPa的影响,采用w(C)≤0.06%、w(Si)≤0.05%,并添加微量硼合金固定钢中氮含量的化学成分设计思路,突破传统连轧生产SPHD时w(C)≤0.04%、w(Si)≤0.03%的化学成分范围是成功的。
The effect of alloy composition on the mechanical properties of hot-rolled pickling deep-drawn sheet SPHD produced by CSP rolling process was studied. The results show that the alloy composition of SPHD plate has an effect on the mechanical properties of about 10 MPa. The chemical composition of the steel with the content of w (C) ≤ 0.06% and w (Si) ≤ 0.05% It is successful to break through the chemical composition range of w (C) ≤0.04% and w (Si) ≤0.03% when the conventional continuous rolling is used to produce SPHD.
