苹果采后高二氧化碳(CO_2)处理可抑制果实的乙烯生成和盾熟进程,使苹果保持较好品质。目前,国外正对此进行研究,个别品种如金冠已在商业上逐步推广应用。研究采后高CO_2处理抑制苹果采后成熟进程,以保持果实品质,对于解决我国广大苹果产区在冷藏设施不足的情况下,搞好苹果贮藏保鲜工作具有较高的实用价值。本试验就倭锦苹果采后高CO_2处理结合打孔气调方法进行贮藏的效果进行了初步探讨和研究。
Apple postharvest high carbon dioxide (CO_2) treatment can inhibit fruit ethylene formation and shield cooked process, so that Apple maintain good quality. At present, foreign countries are studying this, and individual varieties such as Golden Delicious have gradually been popularized in commerce. Research on postharvest high CO_2 treatment can inhibit the maturity of postharvest apple to maintain the fruit quality, which is of high practical value for solving the problem of inadequate refrigeration facilities in most apple producing areas in China. In this experiment, the effect of postharvest high CO_2 treatment of Japanese apple trees combined with perforated air-conditioning method was studied and studied.
