目的:研究黏附分子整合素β1、整合素连接激酶(ILK)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学SABC法,检测43例LSCC标本癌组织及其癌旁组织和18例声带息肉中整合素β1、ILK的表达情况。结果:LSCC中整合素β1和ILK蛋白质及mRNA表达水平均高于癌旁组织和声带息肉,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LSCC中整合素β1和ILK蛋白质和mRNA在有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在T3~T4期组织中的表达明显高于T1~T2期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);但与病理分级相比较其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:整合素β1和ILK在T3~T4期和有淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达明显升高,它们可能与喉癌的浸润、转移密切相关。
Objective: To study the expression of integrin β1 and ILK in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of integrin β1 and ILK in 43 cases of LSCC and adjacent tissues and 18 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical SABC method. Results: The expressions of integrin β1 and ILK protein and mRNA in LSCC were significantly higher than those in paracancer and vocal cord polyps (P <0.05). The expressions of integrin β1 and ILK protein and mRNA in LSCC were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The expression in T3 ~ T4 stage was significantly higher than that in T1 ~ T2 stage, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01) <0.05 or P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference compared with pathological grade (all P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of integrin β1 and ILK are significantly increased in T3 ~ T4 and lymph node metastatic cancers, which may be closely related to the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
