本文论述了工频炉打炉机的工作原理,导出了相应的计算公式,提出了设计制造工频炉打炉机应遵循的若干原则。工频炉是一种较新型的熔炼设备,金属的熔化是在坩埚(炉衬)里加热进行。炉衬是用散装的耐火材料打结(捣实)而成。经过了一定的熔化次数,炉衬又需重新打结。若用人工打结,炉衬每打结一次需要六名工人工作两到三个班次。这种人工的办法劳动强度大,生产效率低,有时捣实不均还会影响炉衬的使用寿命,捣实时矽砂飞扬又直接影响工人的健康。能否采用机械的办法来提高炉衬的打结效率和使用寿命,就成为全国有这样设备的上百个单位所关注的课题。为了要采用机械的办法实现自动的打结炉衬,目前,我们参与了大连机车厂铸铁车间的打炉机的试制工作。现在打炉机已投入使用。实践表明,用打炉机自动打结炉衬具有生产效率高、劳动强度低、生产环境好等优点。和人工的方法比较,效率能提高十倍。并创造了同类型炉子寿命的新纪录。下面就打炉机的工作原理作一论述。
This article discusses the working principle of the frequency furnace briquetting machine, derives the corresponding calculation formula, and puts forward some principles that should be followed when designing and manufacturing a power frequency furnace briquetting machine. Power frequency furnace is a relatively new type of smelting equipment, metal melting is carried out in the crucible (lining) heating. Lining is made of bulk refractory material knotted (tamping). After a certain number of melting, lining need to re-knot. If knotted manually, the lining needs to work six to three times for each knot. This artificial approach labor-intensive, low productivity, and sometimes tamping the life of the lining will affect the life of tamping silica sand and directly affect the health of workers. Whether mechanical methods can be used to improve the knotting efficiency and service life of the lining has become a topic of concern to hundreds of units that have such equipment throughout the country. In order to use mechanical means to achieve automatic knot lining, at present, we participated in the Dalian locomotive factory cast iron stove trial production. The stove has been put into use now. Practice shows that, with a stove to automatically tie knot lining has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good production environment. Compared with the manual method, the efficiency can be increased by ten times. And created a new record of the same type of furnace life.
