随着计算机、网络等新兴信息技术的发展,作为教学、科研信息的“收集者”的高校档案管理工作的发展也受到同样的冲击,并被赋予了新的重任。为此,通过继续教育来拓宽高校档案管理人员的知识面,完善知识结构,提高专业素养和现代化管理技能,是当前高校档案管理工作的重要任务。本文阐述了对高校档案管理人员进行继续教育的现状和必要性,并对加强继续教育的措施作出说明,提出了只有通过继续教育全面加强高校档案人才队伍建设,才能促进高校档案事业科学发展,提高高校档案管理水平。
With the development of emerging information technologies such as computers and the Internet, the development of archives management work as a “collector” of teaching and research information has also suffered the same impact and been given a new heavy responsibility. Therefore, continuing education to broaden the knowledge of college archives managers, improve the knowledge structure, improve professional accomplishment and modern management skills, is an important task of college archives management. This article expounds the status quo and necessity of further education for archivists in colleges and universities, and explains the measures to strengthen continuing education. It is pointed out that only through continuous education can we enhance the scientific development of archives in colleges and universities, College archives management level.
