要将新型的高温压力传感器应用于实际的工程工况环境,就需要对其进行静态标定。针对目前国内这方面标准的缺失,本文通过构造一套复合环境下压力传感器测量标定系统,并对高温压力传感器进行了测试。测试结果表明,搭建的测量标定系统可以有效的反应被测压力传感器的静态性能指标。
To apply the new high-temperature pressure sensor to the actual engineering conditions, it needs to be statically calibrated. In view of the current lack of standards in this area, this article through the construction of a composite environment pressure sensor measurement calibration system, and the high temperature pressure sensor was tested. The test results show that the built-in measurement calibration system can effectively reflect the static performance of the measured pressure sensor.
