目的:探讨加强护理管理控制医院感染的措施,提高护理质量。方法:在护理管理中健全控制医院感染监督组织,完善控制医院感染规章制度,落实管理措施。结果:提高了护理人员的医院感染控制知识,加强了临床科室护理人员职业暴露的防护意识,严格执行无菌技术操作等方面的管理,降低了医院感染发生率。结论:加强护理管理对预防医院感染、提高医疗护理质量是十分重要的。
Objective: To explore measures to strengthen nursing management to control nosocomial infections and improve nursing quality. Methods: In the nursing management, the hospital infection control organization was well controlled, the rules and regulations of hospital infection control were improved, and the management measures were implemented. Results: The knowledge of hospital infection control of nurses was improved, the awareness of occupational exposure to nurses in clinical departments was strengthened, and the management of aseptic techniques was strictly implemented, which reduced the incidence of nosocomial infections. Conclusion: Strengthening nursing management is very important to prevent hospital infection and improve the quality of medical care.
