毛光烈于2011年1月14日,正式由省人大任命为浙江省副省长。这四年来,浙江省的科技、工业、高新区工作,在省委、省政府的领导下,在毛省长的直接指挥、调度之下,出现了新的气象,取得了新的成绩。到今天,我们可以说,浙江省的产业结构调整,终于迈出了实质性的步伐,两化融合深度推进,这是我们多年来一直想要看到的;到今天,我们也可以说,我们浙江省的科技体制改革,已经全面铺开,创新红利正在逐步得到释放;今天,我们还可以说,浙江省的高新区正在成为经济社会发展、高新产业发展的核心载体。
On January 14, 2011, Mao Guanglie was officially appointed Provincial Governor by Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress as Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province. Over the past four years, with the direct command and dispatch of Governor Mao under the leadership of the provincial party committee and government, the work of science and technology, industry and high-tech zones in Zhejiang Province has seen a new atmosphere and achieved new successes. Today, we can say that the industrial restructuring in Zhejiang Province has finally taken substantial steps and the integration of the two cultures has advanced in depth. This is what we have wanted to see for many years. To this day, we can also say that we Zhejiang’s science and technology system reform has been fully rolled out and the innovation bonus is gradually being released. Today, we can also say that the high-tech zone in Zhejiang Province is becoming the core carrier of the economic and social development and the development of high-tech industries.
