职业暴露是由于职业关系而暴露在危险因素中,有可能损害健康或危及生命,护理人员工作中最常见的一种职业危害,常导致护理人员感染血源性疾病。为了了解我院护理人员职业暴露状况,探寻职业暴露发生的规范。更进一步完善职业暴露流程,判定职业暴露防护对策提供更科学的依据,笔者对我院发生的职业暴露进行回顾性调查分析如下。
Occupational exposure is exposure to risk factors due to occupational hazards which may be harmful to health or life-threatening, and the most common occupational hazard in the work of nursing staff, often resulting in nurse-workers being infected with blood-borne diseases. In order to understand the occupational exposure of nursing staff in our hospital and explore the norms of occupational exposure. To further improve the occupational exposure process, to determine the occupation exposure protection measures to provide a more scientific basis, the author of our hospital occupational exposure retrospective investigation and analysis are as follows.
