目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)和白细胞介素13(interleukin-13,IL-13)在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤中TNF-αmRNA和IL-13mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中TNF-αmRNA和IL-13mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达(P<0.01)。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中TNF-αmRNA的表达与IL-13mRNA的表达呈显著相关性(r=0.22405,P=0.2926)。结论尖锐湿疣患者皮损T细胞亚群分化失衡,TNF-α和IL-13参与了尖锐湿疣发病。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) in condyloma acuminatum. Methods The quantitative expression of TNF-αmRNA and IL-13mRNA in skin of 24 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 19 healthy controls were measured by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and their clinical significance. Results The expression of TNF-αmRNA and IL-13mRNA in the lesions of patients with condyloma acuminatum were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). There was a significant correlation between the expression of TNF-αmRNA and the expression of IL-13mRNA in the patients with condyloma acuminatum (r = 0.22405, P = 0.2926). Conclusion T cell subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum are imbalanced, and TNF-α and IL-13 are involved in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
