后进生作为整个学生群体中最为重要和特殊的一个群体,班主任在教育教学和班级管理中需给予特殊关怀。尤其是随着素质教育的大力倡导和具体落实,对后进生的转化日益重视,在小学教育阶段要求班主任解决好后进生转化问题,这也是提升整体办学质量的关键。本文以小学班主任对后进生如何转化为试论对象,同时列举出部分适当的转化途径。
As the most important and special group in the whole student group, the class teacher should give special care in the teaching of education and class management. Especially with vigorous advocacy and concrete implementation of quality education, emphasis is placed on the transformation of post-graduation students, requiring teachers to solve the problem of backward students in primary education, which is also the key to enhancing the overall quality of running schools. In this paper, the primary school class teacher on how to translate into post-test subjects, while enumerating some of the appropriate ways to transform.
