做好住房公积金内部控制的重要条件是建立起完善的内部控制体系。只有率先在住房公积金管理机构内形成统一的内控工作意识,建立良好的内控环境,才能在此基础上建立内部控制制度、授权审批制度、业务操作规范,使各岗位之间协同合作,相互制约,最终完成业务运营目标,达到管理要求。本文对现阶段我国住房公积金内部控制存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施。
An important condition for doing a good job in the internal control of housing provident fund is to establish a sound internal control system.
