2004年7月中旬,惠州市添强电子公司员工199人出现爆发性集体腹泻,伴有腹痛、发烧,大量病人集中在7月12、13日两天发病,14日凌晨开始对厨房进行全面清洗消毒并更换所有厨工后,病例数骤减。病例无宿舍和车间的聚集性,所有病例都有近期(7月7日至13日)在工厂食堂就餐的情况,未能采集到可疑中毒食物,通过病例对照调查分析可疑食物,显示蛋糕高度相关。检出10名厨工肠道中肠炎沙门氏菌阳性,其中6人出现腹泻,4人无症状,厨工带病、带菌上岗。在95位病人肛拭中检出33人肠炎沙门氏菌阳性,检出阳性率为33.4%。根据流行病学调查、病人临床表现和实验室检测结果,判定这是一起蛋糕污染和厨工带菌多重因素引起的食物中毒爆发事件。
In mid-July 2004, 199 employees of Huijiang Tianqiang Electronics Co., Ltd. showed explosive collective diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain and fever. Salmonella enteritidis was detected in 10 cooks’ gut, of which 6 were diarrhea, 4 were asymptomatic, and the cook was sick and brought on board. A total of 33 Salmonella enteritidis positive were detected in 95 patients with anal swabs. The positive rate was 33.4%. According to epidemiological survey, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, this is a food poisoning outbreak caused by multiple factors such as cake contamination and carriage of laboratory workers.
