目的掌握北京市丰台区2012年放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测的基本状况,为加强和改善放射防护提供科学依据。方法采用热释光个人剂量测定方法对丰台区接触职业放射的医疗单位及工厂企业工作人员进行监测。结果①剂量均在职业照射剂量限值范围内,且普遍保持在很低水平,2012年人均年剂量为0.23 mSv/a;防护条件普遍有效;②个别单位的所有放射性工作人员均受到1~3 mSv的照射;③极个别放射性工作人员从单一实践中受到高于《电离辐射辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》(GB 18871-2002)规定的职业照射剂量限值1/3的照射。结论北京市丰台区放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量处于较低水平,放射防护工作效果良好。
Objective To understand the basic status of personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in Fengtai District of Beijing in 2012 and provide a scientific basis for strengthening and improving radiation protection. Methods The personal dose measurement method of thermoluminescence was used to monitor the medical units in Fengtai district exposed to occupational radiation and the workers in the factories and factories. Results ① The doses were within the limits of occupational exposure and generally kept at a very low level. The average annual per capita dose in 2012 was 0.23 mSv / a; the protective conditions were generally valid; ② All radioactive workers in individual units were affected by 1 to 3 mSv; and (3) very few radioactive workers are exposed from a single practice to occupy 1/3 of the occupational radiation dose limit stipulated in the Basic Standard for Radiation Protection and Safety of Radiation Sources (GB 18871-2002). Conclusion The radiation dose of radiation workers in Fengtai District of Beijing is at a low level and the radiation protection works well.
