数字技术和网络技术网络技术孕育出了新的作品传播方式,新的作品传播方式的产生,也就意味着新的侵权模式的出现。P2P网络开启了网络时代新纪元,而用户在享受其方便快捷的同时,却将网络资源共享的问题推到了道德与法律的边缘。本文通过分析享有解决途径,总结出侵权认定原则,并引入节点控制技术,为更好解决网络资源共享问题提供新思路。
