目的:探讨腹腔注射50mg/kg戊巴比妥钠对Lewis大鼠动脉血气及电解质的影响。方法:16只Lewis大鼠,腹腔注射50mg/Kg戊巴比妥钠麻醉,行短暂肢体缺血处理(transient limb ischemia,TLI)或假处理40min后,测定动脉血气及电解质。结果:大鼠在肢体缺血过程中,无体动及死亡发生。麻醉后40min时动脉血气:pH7.43±0.03,PaO2(82.4±3.9)mmHg,PaCO2(36.0±2.6)mmHg,BE(0.9±1.9)mmoL/L,HCO3-(25.1±1.7)mmoL/L,TCO2(26.4±1.8)mmoL/L,Na+(140.3±1.4)mmoL/L,K+(3.7±0.4)mmoL/L,Ca2+(1.38±0.08)mmoL/L,Hct(37.5±1.1)%,Hb(12.7±0.4)g/dL。结论:腹腔注射50mg/kg戊巴比妥钠未引起Lewis大鼠血气及电解质的明显异常。
Objective: To investigate the effects of intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium 50mg / kg on arterial blood gases and electrolytes in Lewis rats. Methods: Sixteen Lewis rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg / Kg pentobarbital sodium, and arterial blood gases and electrolytes were measured after transient limb ischemia (TLI) or sham-operation for 40 min. Results: There was no body movement and death in limb ischemia. Arterial blood gas was measured at 40 min after anesthesia: pH 7.43 ± 0.03, PaO2 82.4 ± 3.9 mmHg, PaCO2 36.0 ± 2.6 mmHg, BE 0.9 ± 1.9 mmoL / L, HCO3- 25.1 ± 1.7 mmoL / L, TCO2 (26.4 ± 1.8) mmoL / L, Na + 140.3 ± 1.4 mmoL / L, K + 3.7 ± 0.4 mmoL / L, Ca 2+ + 1.38 ± 0.08 mmoL / L, Hct 37.5 ± 1.1% 12.7 ± 0.4) g / dL. CONCLUSION: Intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg / kg sodium pentobarbital did not cause obvious abnormalities of blood gas and electrolytes in Lewis rats.
