隧道施工将引起上覆建筑变形,变形过大会影响建筑使用功能与结构安全。针对分岔隧道下穿建筑问题,分析了房屋建筑规范标准、采煤行业标准、轨道交通经验标准以及国外标准与研究性成果,提出以房屋建筑国家规范规定的建筑基础沉降与倾斜为控制指标,且应考虑隧道施工引起的变形增量与建筑既有变形量的总和;评估方法首先采用Peck公式进行无建筑物使得初步判定、变形不满足规范要求时,采用刚度修正法或数值模拟法。工程实例分析表明,分岔隧道最大跨分岔断面隧道仰拱拉应力最大,断面上方基础沉降增量最大,仅考虑隧道施工引起的变形增量时,建筑变形满足要求,考虑建筑既有变形后则不满足规范要求,评估分析必须考虑建筑的既有变形。

Aiming at the problems of under-penetrating buildings in bifurcated tunnels, this paper analyzes the norms of housing construction standards, coal industry standards, rail transit experience standards as well as foreign standards and research achievements. It puts forward that the settlement and inclination of building foundations under the national code of building construction are the control indexes, And the sum of deformation increment caused by tunnel construction and existing deformation of the building should be taken into consideration. The evaluation method first adopts Peck formula to make preliminary judgment without building, and when the deformation does not meet the standard requirements, the method of stiffness correction or numerical simulation is adopted. The engineering example shows that the maximum tensile stress of the tunnel in the bifurcation tunnel with the largest cross-bifurcation cross section is the largest, and the incremental settlement of the foundation above the cross section is the largest. Only when the deformation increment caused by the tunnel construction is taken into account, the building deformation meets the requirements, Then does not meet the specification requirements, assessment analysis must consider the existing deformation of the building.
