随着医学的发展,医院引进的设备逐渐增多,医疗技术的发展对物质材料的依赖性越来越强,与此同时,医疗进行了深入的改革,各医院对运营成本的要求也越来越高。在这样的情况下,要想保障医院的发展,就必须对医院的物流进行科学合理的管理。本文将现代医院物流的现状和特点进行了分析,并结合医院近几年的实践,制定了一些合理管理措施。
With the development of medicine, the number of equipment introduced into the hospital is gradually increasing. The development of medical technology is more and more dependent on material materials. At the same time, medical reform has been carried out in depth. The hospitals also have more and more demanding on operating costs high. Under such circumstances, in order to protect the development of a hospital, it is necessary to carry out scientific and rational management of the hospital’s logistics. In this paper, the current status and characteristics of modern hospital logistics were analyzed, and some reasonable management measures were formulated according to the practice of the hospital in recent years.
