随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入和企业组织结构的日趋复杂,工商管理研究取得了很大的发展,对新时代工商管理面临的新的机遇和挑战更是有着广泛的研究价值。国内外许多学者正在积极的探索着,展望未来金融发展变化的新要求、新机遇、新挑战。针对当前基层工商管理人才培养中存在的问题,探讨如何改进人才引进、培养和使用模式,更好地激发人才的学习与工作热情,进一步提高宏观管理与服务工作成效,本文从人才培养方面进行浅析。
