寄生虫病免疫学诊断现状的改观在很大程度上取决于诊断试剂的改善。在检测寄生虫病患者血清抗体的免疫学诊断中,所用抗原已由粗制抗原发展至纯化抗原,从天然抗原发展至合成抗原。应用合成抗原诊断寄生虫病具有下述优点:1.合成抗原是在天然抗原表位特性化的基础上应用化学方法或生物学方法而生产,故可具有高度的特异性和敏感性;2.合成抗原已精确特性化,便于免疫学诊断的质量控制和标准化;3.合成抗原
The improvement of immunological diagnosis of parasitic diseases depends largely on the improvement of diagnostic reagents. In the immunological diagnosis of serological antibodies in parasitosis patients, the antigens used have been developed from crude antigens to purified antigens, from natural antigens to synthetic antigens. The application of synthetic antigens to diagnose parasitic diseases has the following advantages: 1. Synthetic antigens are produced by chemical methods or biological methods on the basis of the characterization of natural epitopes, so they can be highly specific and sensitive; Synthetic antigens have been precisely characterized to facilitate quality control and standardization of immunological diagnostics; 3. Synthetic antigens
