目的 观察达生胶囊治疗食管癌放疗所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法 将食管癌行放疗患者 1 63例随机分为 2组。治疗组 82例 ,口服达生胶囊 ,每次 5粒 ,每日 3次。对照组 81例口服强力升白片 ,每次 3片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 2周为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 95 .1 2 % ,对照组 62 .96%。 2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2组治疗后白细胞计数比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 达生胶囊治疗食管癌放疗所致白细胞减少症疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiansheng Capsule in the treatment of leucopenia caused by radiotherapy of esophageal cancer. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 82 cases, oral Dasheng capsules, each 5, 3 times a day. The control group of 81 cases of oral strength or white tablets, 3 tablets each time, 3 times a day. 2 groups were 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.12% in the treatment group and 62.96% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in white blood cell count between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion Dasheng capsule treatment of esophageal cancer radiotherapy induced leucopenia exact effect.
